PeerDen creates a virtual LAN on your PC so games think you're on the same network. It works with any game that has LAN multiplayer (Minecraft, Counter-Strike, Terraria, whatever), using direct peer-to-peer when possible and a relay when NAT gets in the way.
Sets up a TUN adapter on your machine so games see a real LAN. If a game has LAN multiplayer, it'll work with PeerDen.
Traffic goes directly between you and your friends when NAT allows it. When it doesn't (dorm WiFi, strict routers), a server-side relay kicks in so you can still connect.
A lightweight server handles matchmaking and room management so peers can find each other. Game data goes peer-to-peer when it can and through the relay when it can't.
Windows and macOS are supported right now, with Linux on the roadmap.
Create a room, share the name, and friends can join. You can browse public lobbies in the app or find players on the forums.
There are no paywalls, premium tiers, or bandwidth caps. The servers cost money to run, so there's a Ko-fi if you want to help out.
