Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the PeerDen client software, website, and coordination services (collectively, the "Service") operated by the PeerDen Project ("us", "we", or "our").

By holding an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Description of Service

PeerDen provides a virtual local area network (VLAN) tunneling utility to allow users to play LAN-enabled video games over the internet. The Service includes software installed on your machine and central coordination servers used to facilitate peer-to-peer (P2P) connections.

Because PeerDen facilitates direct P2P connections, you accept the inherent risks of sharing your IP address with other users in a given room/lobby. We are not responsible for how other users interact with your network.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

The PeerDen client software is open-source (or provided for free as specified in the applicable repository license). The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Service are the property of the PeerDen Project.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
